Discover Cuba:
A Birder's Paradise

Wild Birds Unlimited of Alpharetta, GA, in cooperation with Mariah Travel, invites you to help shape a potential small-group journey to Cuba—designed specifically for your birding community.

Travel to Cuba for Americans is legal, safe, and fully licensed, and our programs operate under U.S. government’s Support for the Cuban People authorization - ensuring a seamless, compliant, and meaningful experience from start to finish.

Just a short flight from the U.S., Cuba offers an extraordinary birding experience found nowhere else in the Caribbean. Home to 28 endemic species—including the dazzling Cuban Tody and the world’s smallest bird, the Bee Hummingbird—this journey blends exceptional birding with rich culture, music, and genuine connections with local communities.

"One of the best birding trips I’ve ever taken. Our Cuban guides were outstanding, the habitats were beautiful, and the cultural immersion really made the trip unique. I highly recommend."  Patricia M., WBU, Tulsa, OK
